Stayed here on 25/05 - 26/05. There is literally nothing that could take any star away from this Villa Stay. Great Hospitality by the crew throughout the stay. Food we can also order from nearby restaurants. Such a silent atmosphere , to lose only to sounds of birds and fresh air. To add to the totality of the stay, the breathtaking view of Wayanad's Precious Karappuzha Dam Reservoir by the balcony, well kept garden inside the compound , a play area and pool, makes this one a stand out one !!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay with a Peaceful Nature View
I had an amazing stay at this property in Wayanad. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the place was very peaceful with no traffic or noise, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and spices for cooking. Free Wi-Fi was available, and the network connectivity was good throughout our stay.
The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience.
The only downside is that there are no nearby shops, so it’s a good idea to buy groceries and other essentials before reaching the property.
I visited during the monsoon, which was beautiful in its own way, but the locals recommended that the best time to visit is from September to January when the weather is pleasant and the views are even more stunning.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. I would definitely love to visit again!

I stayed at waterscapes and this is wonderful stay option facing the backwaters off Karapuzha Dam.
Rooms are clean and well equipped with all necessary utensils.
Play area to keep kids engaged and a pool for everyone to get refreshed.
Special mention to Jofin our caretaker who went above and beyond to get milk for my kid as it was not available in nearby shops so he travelled to town and got them.

It's really good for family... We were staying here for for days. We are Family with kids and liked and comfortable to stay here... Rooms were very clean and very good location. Pool was clean .... Children playing area was good. Overall very good place to stay .. only there is no in house kitchen so plan lil early and place ur order.

Very peaceful stay with a private swimming pool, also the staff was always accessible, rooms were very clean and all the kitchenette was also provided. The road leading to the villa was a bit rocky just for 1 - 1.5 km other than that everything was great. Outdoor space for badminton and basketball was there too.

It's an individual villa from where I experienced the incredible lake and mountain view.
I went during south west monsoon, it was drizzling then and there.
2 floors with uninterrupted wifi and TV for entertainment and 1st floor for peaceful time spending.
Come in weekdays and you own the entire mountains.

The stay was very good, very spacious, best location, 6 people stayed and we stayed very comfortably, they have all the amenities, working kitchen is ticked🤌. Host is very very helpful and the care taker too, everyone loved and enjoyed the stay and your hospitality. We will come again.

Excellent location with beautiful view of water body and mountain. Pool is pretty clean. Staff members Sherry and Jofin are very helpful and Manager Pranav is often checking about the comfort. A heads-up, road reaching this resort is not so good.

Very good place to stay with family at an affordable price. I felt it's bit interior. Lake view is awesome and the service they provide is very good. Close to karapuzha dam and for other visits need to come out a bit.

Good place for a family or bachelors to come and chill. The lake view is amazing. And if you wake up early, the sunrise view over the lake is mesmerizing. Amazing management as well.
